International Cooking Summit
ChefAlps, the industry symposium for the restaurant and hotel business in the Alpine region, is held on a Sunday or Monday in May or early June. The symposium will take place at the StageOne auditorium in Zürich-Oerlikon for the fifth time in 2016. Highlights of the event include inspiring live shows by international star chefs. Designed as an informal gathering point, a marketplace for selected product presentations and tasting sessions rounds off the programme. This B2B event is the ideal platform to cultivate and expand company networks.
